| The Capital - Bendigo's Performing Arts Centre is located in the heart of the city, just 150kms north of Melbourne, serving the population of 92,000 people in the City of Greater Bendigo.
Bendigo is endowed with magnificent examples of Victorian architecture which have been proudly preserved. The Capital - Bendigo's Performing Arts Centre boasts the finest entry of any arts centre in the nation. The interior, including that of the Capital Theatre, has been restored to its original Victorian splendour and grandeur.
The Capital presents a year round program of arts activities with over 150 performances and many exhibitions held each year.
The facilities are also available for a large range of functions and events including wedding receptions, dinners, conferences, workshops, meetings, rehearsals, exhibitions and displays.
A wide range of flexible spaces are available to meet all requirements from a conference for 500 to a meeting for 10.
